Livio Felluga Pinot Grigio

Straw yellow with elegant copper highlights. The nose is intense and enveloping, broad and refined: broom and rose open the profile, followed by apricot, yellow-fleshed peach, royal jelly and ginger, with echoes of rosemary, tarragon, marjoram and a delicate whisper of eucalyptus and flint. On the palate, well-structured and perfectly balanced, with a refined aromatic return of peach, papaya, Golden apple, dried apricot and sage, closing on a persistent, savory finish of candied citrus.

This noble grape variety is derived from a budding mutation of Pinot Noir: thanks to its preference for cool climates it truly thrives on our hills. Livio Felluga's vinification process gives the wine elegance and finesse while preserving its characteristic subtle pink hues. It is undoubtedly the world's best-known Friulian wine.
